| HISTORY: Ryoichi Kitanishi served Rocket during the war, and for all appearances was loyal to the team. However he was severly wounded in combat and was unable to withdraw before the bombings, leading to his being classified as MIA. A year after the war ended this status was changed to AWOL as he was noted to be the founder and CEO of the engineering company KED, which is now among the island's more profitable companies. Recapture is low priority, but as the subject possesses a good deal of technical and business expertise it may be worthwhile. As at least one Rocket loyalist (name omitted for security reasons) is already among his inner circle, and he is permanently crippled from the wounds he recieved in the war, it would not require much effort.
